Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. All accessories and components must be included.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at supportkoriderm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover return shipping.

Exceptions to Refund Policy

The following items are not eligible for refund: items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer, items returned after 30 days, items without original packaging or accessories, and customized or personalized products. Sale or clearance items may have limited refund eligibility.
